Alexandra “Sandy” Staffler Weaver grew up in Saipan, having moved from Austria at a young age. Sandy has lived on the island of Saipan most of her life, and so has intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods, the customs and ways of living. She has worked with many locally-based people to assist them in finding homes to rent and buy. Sandy has also helped ‘expats’ from the US mainland settle in Saipan for short stints as well as for permanent moves. These include medical and legal professionals doing temporary work, or on multi-year contracts.
